Monday – Friday: 9am – 7pm

Do you travel to towns outside your service area?
We will usually offer virtual training in these instances. If you prefer us to be there in person, we request that you come to us. Coming to you is subject to availability and there is an additional travel fee per kilometer
How do I sign up for a service?
Call us so we can get to know each other and make sure we are a good fit and that we can help with your situation! After your introductory phone call, you can book your in person consultation right on the website with our Book Now Button at the top!
What can I expect at my Consulation?
Our Consultations are designed to help us get to know your dog, ask questions about the current struggles you are having with your puppy or dog, listen to your training goals, and come up with a training plan that will help! We will also help you choose a dog training program and go over some training foundations so you are all set for our lessons!
What if I have a question after our training session?
We are always here for support in-between sessions! You are welcome to call, text, or email us with any concerns you may have 🙂
What if I need to request an appointment outside of normal business hours or on a Holiday?
What if I need to cancel a scheduled service?
Is there a fee for last minute cancellations?
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged in full.

We accept e-transfer, credit, and debit cards
How do I pay for a service?
You can pay for a consultation online which is the first step! After your consultation, we will invoice you for the private dog training program that you chose. If you are looking for a group class, you can enroll in those online!
